The Australian Securities and Investments
\nCommission (ASIC) said it secured a total of $229.9 million in civil penalties
\nfrom its enforcement actions during the 2021-20222 financial year.<\/p>\n
The Australian corporate, markets and
\nfinancial services regulator also secured convictions against 33 individuals
\nduring the period.<\/p>\n
