The Secretary for Culture, Sports and Tourism, Mr Kevin Yeung, today (October 23) congratulated Ng Cheuk-yan on winning a bronze medal in Women’s 100m Backstroke S6 at the 4th Asian Para Games Hangzhou. This is the first medal won by the Hong Kong, China Delegation in the Games this year.
