JOHANNESBURG – On this International Women’s Day, the Department of Human Settlements commits that, 40-percent of government procurement will be given to women-owned businesses. Human Settlements Minister Mmamoloko Kubayi, told those gathered in East London, that this has the potential to redress the economic exclusion of women from the construction sector.
